Over the past 16 years, we have evaluated more than 45,000 candidates for administrative, customer service, human resources, clerical, legal, info rmation technology and light industrial positions. Many of these candidates were successfully placed with area companies. Our experience testing this wide array of candidates has enabled us to develop benchmarks and standards that were derived from comparing test results to actual job performance. This has also helped us to fine tune these tests to make them better predictors of work performance.

We also can provide specialized testing for legal, medical and accounting candidates.
The assessments are conducted in our office under the supervision of our experienced staff. It typically takes about two hours to complete the clerical assessment battery. The results are reviewed with each candidate and a report is sent to the candidates' firm. The report will show the test results of all candidates referred by the firm along with our benchmarks.
