Technical Division Computerized Staffing Management Program
This system was designed and tested over an eight (8) year period in a real world staffing agency and is currently used by us to manage our operations. The system provides the following in a web based environment:
  1. Calendar scheduling
  2. Temp staff component that maintains demographics, skills, work and pay history and contact information
  3. Customer component with detail billing and contact information links to map directions to client site, billing and order history and temp staff placement history
  4. New order component to track all open and closed orders
  5. Query functions to identify best candidates for open positions
  6. Hours tracking program that generates client invoices and provide output to payroll systems
  7. Extensive reports section
  8. Contract rates information area
  9. Sales customer relationship management component for tracking prospect contacts and follow-up
  10. Temp and Staff benefits component
  11. Online applicant component that integrates with in house database system
  12. Data export to Excel feature
  13. Includes importing of existing staffing business information into the system
  14. Optional testing package that includes aptitude and reliability assessments
  15. Online timesheet for temporary associates to enter their weekly hours and secure client approval
The system will be hosted by an Internet Service Provider that we partner with and is accessible from any Internet enabled workstation at the office or remotely. Access is restricted to approved users and all database information is backed up nightly.

A demo of the site is available. Systems of this type can be very expensive when you factor in the cost for tailoring the software system to your company’s needs, the computer server and workstation costs and Microsoft licensing fees.

With our hosting the site, we are looking at a more affordable option for small firms that would include an initial set-up fee and a monthly subscription along with the option to purchase the system at a later date. This minimizes your initial investment in software and eliminates the need for a local server and technical systems support.
